About Me

Hello! My name is Sue Althouse. I am a semi-retired piano teacher living in central Ohio with my husband of 35 years and one spoiled cat. We have a grown son who is married and two adorable grandchildren.

I started scrapbooking in 1999 after we took a trip to Israel and Egypt and came home with a plethora of pictures and memories. My preferred scrapping style is clean, colorful and classic. I'm a big fan of grids, shapes and white space.

When I'm not knitting or scrapping, you might find me reading, playing the piano, or rooting for my beloved Ohio State Buckeyes. And spoiling the adorable grandchildren.

  1. What a great blog. really enjoyed it. Your layouts are just spectacular and I loved getting a glimpse at the thought process behind some of them. I'll be back often.

    1. Thanks for stopping by, Lynn! So glad to have you and thanks for the kind words.

  2. Wow! Your blog is way more technologically advanced than mine! I haven't done a Gale's Gallery on scrapbooking though I've done a few. I started out as a stamper and it kinda morphed. Now I'm a Jill of all trades, master of none! Stop in and see me whenever you are near Lowes. I can certainly introduce you to lots of local scrappers!
